Talking 1988 Tranny strength and throw out bearing replacement!

I have a 1988 with a cosmo 13B. I was wondering how good the tranny is? I will be pushing 600 RWHP soon with a tune. Which bring me to another question. I have never done any work on a tranny before and the throw out bearing needs to be replaced... how hard is the install? And what must be done? Thanks in advance guys!

Cosmo came in 2-rotor 13B and 3-rotor 20B options.

To change the throw-out bearing, you need to separate the transmission from the engine.
Once that is done, remove the throw-out bearing "hanging" on the clutch fork.
Lube contact points, as per FSM, and replace with new throw-out bearing.
Pretty simple.
