1988 non finished turbo deceased estate

I am enquiring about how to sell my nephews 1988 RX7 that he was converting to turbo. The bodywork is finished but needs spraying and it has a series 6 motor and a brand new turbo and manifolding. The car was driven into the workshop 3 months ago but is not assembled.
What may this be with and where do I look for a buyer.

You can put a for sale ad in the "RX7s for sale" section.
