OK 1987 Turbo II ECU components

I recently had trouble with an ECU having burnt, 3-pin parts (4 total) with the numbers .T D1415 7H on them.

I ordered another ECU which apparently had the same problem because it showed signs of being repaired. I have however been unable to find any information about the internals of the ECU except for a thread regarding the MOP failing.

Does anyone have any idea or leads that might point me in the right direction in order to find a replacement part, or even the values of the part?

There were 4 in a row, standing upright and screwed to the wall of the casing. They have 3 pins, the middle of which is offset to the front.

Sorry for the poor image quality. I had to use my phone to take it.

Bump.

I know someone out there knows because:

1.) I've received a refurbished ECU before
2.) We haven't run out of OEM ECU's yet
