Exclamation 1987 TII with 45k Miles, some questions

Hey, just bought a 1987 TII with 45K miles an its my first rotary. I have some problems but not much. I have done some searches and research on them already but nothing conclusive. can you guys help diagnose some of these?

-Engine doesn't turn over as easily as a piston engine (Characteristic of a rotary?)

-Cold start, lopes slightly around 1500 RPM (Vacuum Leak?)

-Hot start, dies if i dont apply a little gas (Compression while engine is hot?)

-Windshield wipers only work on the 2nd speed setting (Electrical grounds?)

-Horn did not honk until i pressed the button 20 times, now works (Also electrical?)

-Steering wheel clicks when I rotate it back and forth about the straight ahead position while not moving.

Thats it... Also i have some Seafoam left from taking care of my previous car, is it ok to use Seafoam on a rotary?

Hopefully Ill see some of you at Sevenstock 7, thanks for all your help.

-engine doesn't turn over easily - probably weak battery or starter
-windshield wipers work on one speed - bad switch
-steering wheel clicking - possibly something catching on the steering surround

do NOT use seafoam on a rotary.

www.mazdamark.com will repair your switch

do a search on water injection if you want to, it relates to seafoam.
