Question 1986 speakers and power antenna

I just purchased my 86 RX-7 this week, it's beautiful for it's age and mileage. There are a few electrical hiccups that i can live with but the power antenna is not working, the motor is running when the radio is turned on and off but the mast is stuck, it won't go down. She also has a blown rear amp and radio shack speakers . Does anyone know where i can get a replacement amp? Or can i just buy a set of 4" component speakers to replace the old ones? (Component speakers come with their own individual amps right? I'm new to car audio). Any help is appreciated! Also as a side, what are some good free mail order catalogues for 2nd gen. RX-7's?

the antenna in mine needed heavier duty clutch springs. it's quite possibly something else mind you, but to check the clutch springs you just pull the antenna control bit out from below the mast, open it up, and find the spinning clutch bit...

Try to help the antenna up and down. You may just need to oil the mast. If the plastic inside the antenna is broken you'll have to buy a new mast.

Don't waste time looking for a replacement OEM amp. Just buy an aftermarket amp and wire it in. There should be posts in the audio section about it.
