Ok cool thanks for everyones help. So I got 8.31mm on bottom of port and 6.40mm top. Pretty sure the plate is trash now. Any1 know where to get decent ones for cheap. Are s4 same as s5?

the only Major difference in the plates is the S5 have a more robust upper dowel pin boss (thicker)and on the front plate they have a better o ring seal with a plastic o ring that prevents the oil o ring from blowing out under high oil pressure.............................If you need a plate I have several ,maybe I could port one and send it to you to copy................................HMmmmmmmmmmmmm mmm..........................Fred

yea that is way too far 10mm is about as far as you can go before seals start droppin
