well i posted this in the rotary tech forum.
but didn't feel like posting it again and retelling everything.
1987 rx7 turbo.
will not start 100% compression in the front and 60%compression in the back.
fuel system is fine according to the guy at the rx7store.
he said it was carbon buildup, but i am starting to hear other wise by a guy on here.

"fluffysheap" said it may be the ignition coils.
not sure.

i also need help figuring out how the fuel cut system works.
there are three settings: far left, center, and far right.
when i put it in the center today i turned the key and held it in the start position as it made noises like it wanted to start, the engine started shaking rapidly and when i let go of the key it became silent.
there was grey smoke out of the exhaust it smelled like fuel.

it started a couple days ago and once it got into fifth gear it cut off.
it also made a three hour trip a month ago.
don't know what to do.
i need it to last me a little longer.
the guy at the rx7 store said it will last me 10,000 more miles at least.

he seems to say that all i need to do is clean the spark plugs, because they put some stuff in my engine that probably gunked it up.
