Was going to send my wiper switch to be repaired at 13betc, but I want to be sure they're still in business. I sent them an email but no answer. Anybody know if they're still up and running?

I just purchased a switch from them. I will let you know if it arrives.

They are still in business. I recently sent a wiper switch to them. It was a fast turnaround time and got it back within one week. The repaired switch works flawlessly.

13B etc - BUYER BEWARE

I hate to be the negative voice here, but a family member ordered and paid for a rebuilt clock from 13Betc a few months ago. It’s a good thing he paid the core charge instead of sending in his clock first.

Oh, 13Betc processed his online payment right away. Then nothing- no clock, no email, and no contact of any sort. So- the buyer sent an email. No response. He tried a few more times, without any luck. AND there is absolutely NO way to contact this seller by phone.

Finally, out of desperation, he contacted PayPal, because they process all credit card payments for 13Betc. After they failed to get a response from the seller, they refunded the payment in full. Be forewarned, however- PayPal was only able to help the buyer because he had a Paypal account of his own. Otherwise, he’d have been screwed out of more than $100.00.

So- even though some people have had good luck with this guy in the past, I’d be leery of dealing with him. Just FYI.
