13B-RE cosmo secondary injectors upgrade

What are you guys doing that are running a 13B-RE cosmo conversion doing for upgraded secondary injectors? As far as I know that motor uses side feed primaries, and top feed secondary injectors. Can you use 1300cc injectors with the stock rail, or do you need a new secondary fuel rail?

Where can you buy an upgraded secondary fuel rail for the 13B-RE?

We run 1600's cause they are cheap, and the Haltech has no problem controlling them.

Yes.
The Bosch 1600's need to be slightly modified to make them fit.

I run the Bosch 1600 secondaries in the stock rail and FD 850cc as primaries in the stock cosmo rail.

For secondaries I put 1600cc that I modified to fit the stock rail. I had a good link that showed how to modify secondaries but I can't find it.

Did you modify the 850cc to fit the stock cosmo fuel rail?

Usually folks are modifying the stock Cosmo primary rail to fit the FD primary 850s by milling 1/8" off the top of the rail. Here is a link w/ some FAQs and info:
http://www.newwave.net/~flanham/wlan...el/850pri.html

And here is the link for modifying 1600s to fit stock secondary rails.

BDC used to have pics on his site also, but it looks like my bookmarks are out of date. If anyone has an updated link for BDC's, post it up.

Looking at those pics, I kinda fail to see how the top oring on those bosh secondary injectors seal... does anybody have a pic showing hwo the top oring is resting on any of thier 1600cc injectors?

Im guessing you modify the injectors the same way you do for the TII rail, so there should be some pics floating around.

Also id like to keep running 550cc's as the primaries to keep a good idle, but would 550's for the primaries and 1600cc's for the secondaries be enough to control 400-450RWHP?

yeah it will do it but I don't think its as safe as you would like. I am running a 720/1680 combo now and possibly thinking of changing to 890 primaries or add another single injector to my current setup. Not 100% sure yet.
