13b NA Airflow CFM Requirement?

How many CFM's are required for the 13b NA with a streetport? The reason I'm asking - what size carb would be needed if you remove the fuel injection and carb the car?

Here's what I've come up with so far - am I in the ballpark?

CFM = Engine Size (CID) x Max RPM / 3456
CFM = (Engine Size (L) x 60.4) x Max RPM / 3456
CFM = (1.3 x 3 x 60.4) x 9000 / 3456
CFM = 613.4375

This is assuming 100% volumetric effeciency.
