Thats cool, good for him. I never said I'd be 1st, but it will happen soon. Lack of funds is the only thing holding me back.

If I had some good slicks to put on, I bet I could run low 14s, maybe high 13s since I trap at about 97 mph.

RXmfn7- your car is still the bomb, keep on going.

Hate to sound like a dick but... I'm going to have to see a timeslip or something from that guy. Or he needs to list ALL of his mods. From his last post, it looks like he just has a streetport, intake, exhaust, and a lightened rotating assembly. Those arn't really that uncommon of mods, and he broke the unbreakable 13 barrier by 2-tenths?

...I wanna see the slip...

I wanna see a slip too, but i dunno if we will get one. Most people going for the 13s havent used slicks either, those can help out alot. Ive seen 5.0L mustangs trapping at like 98 running 13s, so I thinks its possible.

my buddy has a Civic Hatch with a N/A B18C5 (Type-R motor).. I don't see why an N/A rotary couldn't run 13's easily, especially with slicks.

Honda/Acura engines have a huge aftermarket, their biggest advantage is that you can alter compression (which most do, up to 12.5:1 vs. our highest 9.7:1) N/A. I could go further into this explination, but I'd just rather say... I want to see the slip.

Some company needs to make us Higher compression ratio Rotors. That cost about as much as new rotors.

That guy is one of the biggest idiots on the forum. I will need a timeslip before I believe it. However there is a guy on the TeamFC3s forums that drag races a GTUs that runs consistent mid 13s.

I had NO IDEA breaking into the 13's was such a big accomplishment with a 2nd gen. Great... this car is supposed to be a dailydriver, not another project in progress.

Hell yeah 13's for an FC N/A is hella hard to get into. I thought the only was was with nitrous or some crazy streetporting and fuel mods as well as ignition mods. Im pretty sckepticle also on this dudes times. Id wanna see time slips also. Who knows maybe its true and he ows most of it to those slicks he was running on.

i dont see how that would be possible...i have a friend with....fmic,RB exhaust, tuned, boost controler, some other apexi ****, running like 10 psi or somthing and he is ALMOST in the high 12s, i think hes like 13.1 or somthing im not sure. his engine inside is stock too

but my point is that turbos are very easy to make fast.

NAs jus take little more work, jus tune them and shift MAD FAST
