More investigating... There is a hose that comes out of the top of the washer fluid tank... goes up to the filling resevoir (near it, not attached) and doesn't attach to anything, is this the hose that the pump draws the fluid up from? Any AE owners out there able to help me?
There is a little bit of fluid in the hose, but it doesn't go up to the top.

So you know where the filler neck is. That should be a really big clue to the reservoir's location.
Ah hell, I'll give you another clue. Jack up the front, remove the left wheel and inner liner and behold you headlight washer reservoir complete with pump.

Hey man, <edited for flaming> you. I gave you exactly the answer you asked for, in an effort to help you. (You asked, "Can anybody tell me where the headlight sprayer pump/motor is located" in case you forgot.) I wasn't rude, I didn't treat you like a moron, and I didn't tell you to go read the damn FSM like I should've. Where else do you think the pump would be besides at the reservoir? Where the hell do you think the fuse is? It's in the same place as all the others!
If people around here used their brains a little more often instead of just posting question after question this place would be a lot less frustrating...

Yeah yeah yeah... to bad the FSM doesn't cover the headlight washers since they didn't apply to that many 88 models. (I spent the whole day looking through mine, so that explains that)
And yes, I asked where the PUMP for the resevoir was, and you told me where the resevoir was. This equals no help. I did not know where the motor was in location to the resevoir, I got under my AE and took off two plastic panels, but only to find the white **** for the headlight motor.
And for the fuse... I checked the FAQ and the fuse for the washer pump is not listed (check for yourself) Am I missing it or something?
Check the arrogance while you're at it.
I've often used your advice, as I've seen you post a lot of info so I imagine you know more about what you're doing than I am. I think you should realize that and be more patient with novices. I'm sure you weren't born with infinite knowledge of the RX-7, it took you a little time.

I thought my initial post was being patient. I told you exactly what to do to find the reservoir and pump, with a mild tease thrown in for fun, and you threw **** in my face for it. Why should I be patient with anyone who does that?

I didn't have time to today, my family loves Easter and today was a feast that I have yet to recover from. I'll try to look for it tomorrow because I'm going to San Diego Wednesday (picking up RarestRX's S5 meshies, mwhahahaha)
I'll let you know when I try it again. Thanks for all the help.

Alright, I got the "t" piece of plastic that has lines running from the motor to the lines that go out to the headlights... try to blow threw it = nothing. Is this why they don't work?

If the lines are blocked then water won't flow from the nozzles, but that won't affect the pump. The pump will still operate normally (i.e. you'll hear the motor spinning).
With the headlights up, can you hear the motor when you press the button? If not, check for 12V at the plug when you press the button. If there's voltage, the pump's shot. If there's no voltage it's probably a switch problem.
If the pump is running okay, you'll need to clear the blockage, which will most likely be in the nozzles.

Whenever I push in the switch on my dash, I can tell the pump is getting power because my lights dim a little (stupid alternator) I broke the plug loose, but complications will result in me seeing if it works tomorrow

Rats... problem not solved. I think it's the motor, because I don't hear the loud noise from it like I do when I push my windshield washers.... Will investigate more as the week goes on and I get more time from school.

It may not be the motor. Test it by putting 12V and ground directly to its terminals. If it works you need to check the switch and harness. If it doesn't work, then relace it.
Compare the headlight washer pump with the windscreen washer pump. It's highly likely they'll be the same, so you can get a replacement pretty easily from a wrecker or the for sale section.
