Talking 1/4 mile contest...

Ok, here's the deal, I wanna see if anybody can guess my 1/4 mile time, and I'll think of a reward if you guess CORRECTLY! Like $5 or something....
Here are my mods:

*'88 Stock port
*2.5" DP & presilencer
*Dual Arospeed mufflers
*Bonez Intake
*Dual Alt Pulley
*UD main pulley
*removed air pump
*wired 5/6 ports
*about 100lbs weight reduction.
*16X7.5 wheels w/ 205/50/16

I will let everyone know next friday after I get back from MIR. If your in the Va/MD area and are free next friday, come join me for friday night madness!!! 6:30pm to 12am.

So whats your guess?

Some of it depends on driver... some of it depends on how light the car is... some depends on altitude. (what did you start with?) I'm gonna say 15.5

Ok, I'm writing these down, and I'll put $5 in my paypal account to have tansferred to the winner. You must guess the correct time though! For every .10 of sec your off thats $1 off the winnings...so if I run a 15.5 and you said I'd run a 15.4, then you only get $4...lol, makes things more interesting oh, and only applies to the closest guess...can't be given everybody money

BTW, if it helps you in guessing. My average RT is about .6 to .9(I'm working on it, lol), and my best stock run was a 17.3 w/ clogged cats and original exhaust and a .85 RT. I'm hoping to get about a .6 and pull harder this time w/ my new exhaust!!

and if the dude isnt as tubby as me....

plus the 100 lbs of reduction...

And he upgraded the rims.... sounded like maybe t2 rims...(heavier)

I'll say 15.0

The wheels are Borbet Type E racings....16x7.5. The tires are Kumho Supras...however, I think I'm only gonna do one pass w/ those wheels and tires in the rear...they are brand new and I don't want to wear out my tires quickly...winter is coming. For a few passes I'm putting the stock 14X5.5 w/ 195s and deflating to about 15 to 20PSI...and of course, since I have new tires, I will have no respect whats so ever for the old ones in the waterbox

My guess is....

Well seeing as you dont have a turbo theres no way you have a d/p so I guess you mean you have headers, if so I predict 15.4, but if you still have the stock headers then 16.2.
Good luck man
BTW donnot go in the water box unless you have slicks

Actually, you can have a Downpipe w/ an NA...its not exactly the same thing, but its still a pipe that replaces the presilencers and such, Racing beat sells one just for the NA 2nd gen, but mine is Bonez. Also, I know street tires aren't really worth the waterbox, but its still fun I've added your times to the page...

Im going to be nice and say 15 flat. I would even think about high 14's....Culpepper eh? Any cops around there? I need a good place away from Richmond for some "spirited" driving.
