The other day i dorove my can in to work and everything was find with it NO probs at all then out of the blue i went to start my car to drive home and it just sounded different no bad just different so then i started to drive and thats where i know there is something wrong with my car now. It felt like it was only running one one rotor i had not power at all but i could get up to speed ok just took along time. Eather way when i Get home i do what i thought would be the 1st step look for spark and yes i did then i look at my timeing and well it was a little off but not so much i would think it would do what it would do. so not i am lost if anyone knows something i am over looking plz let me know. thank you so much

Sounds like a seal blew.

Test the compression.

 

Could be Injectors

 

do a compression test, check your injectors, one of the plugs might have come loose. mabe your one of your coils went out, vac hose came undone? intake leak? need more info.........

ahh the rx7 assential basics. comptest/injectors. they usually solve the problem
