[weight] how much weight can I save if I strip the car (S5) ?

Hello, well I did a research, checked out the FAQ, but I didn't find any answer to my question.

so to whoever had his FC's interior stripped, how much weight can I expect to save.

- I consider on stripping the rear seats, carpets, panels, all except the front section I'll keep the front door panels and the section with heater, radio, cluster, glovebox etc... but other than that I'd like to remove all I can.

thanks for your replies

Ive lost well over 150lbs off the interior and it still looks complete. (S4)

The factory carpet + jute + mud all got taken out and replaced with ebay thin carpet this was the bulk of my weight

I added some sparco evo's for about another 35lbs, also skinned the door panels and added some thin upholstered lexan.

lightweight battery behind the passenger seat. (like 15lbs)

stereo that I couldn't hear was about 9 lbs.

theirs still more for me behind the dash.

the sunroof was another 20lbs or so.

the center console/arm rest was a couple lbs.

I know that this isnt exactly what you were looking for but it should give you an idea.
