$2 Front lip project mounted. (pics!)
I snagged this lip off a 93-ish Protege at the wrecker's and it came out pretty decent.
It's a two part with a split in the middle so I joined the two halves, put some fiberglass cloth down to keep them together and filled in the curb rash spots. I then painted it with some of the low-gloss ceremic heat paint and it's resisting chipping pretty well so far.
The mounting was cake. I just drilled holes though the lip and into the buper while it was held up by masking tape and drove some fat sheet metal screws through. I then went along the back with some construction adhesive and it doesn't wobble or have any gaps.

It really does make it look so much more pissed off. Now I just need to finish the rest of my body work and find some aero flares.
