$0.27 FCD....can this work on TII's

http://www.rojgonz.com/mr2/zener.htm

Can this work on our pressure sensors? If so which wires would we solder the diode into? This would be the most awesome mod ever bc after you buy your RB exhaust for a billion dollars, you can feel a little better and have a FCD for under a buck!!!

I doubt it very much. There is a how-to-build-your-own FCD around here somewhere, it's about $4 in parts or something.

No. A zener diode simply conducts after it's bias voltage raises past a certain point. You want the FCD to do exactly the opposite. It needs to clamp voltage at a specific maximum.

Eh, no need to get down about it. While it may cost 1400% what you guessed, there IS a $4 option out there, apparently.
