Will Megasquirt work?
Ok so I have higher compression rotors 10:1 on my 88 S4 naturally aspirated.
Will Megasquirt work with the stock non turbo ECU?
The Megasquirt I am trying to buy is form a turbo car, should I be expecting any problems?

Honestly dude, Megasquirt is suited toward someone who wants to spend countless days learning EFI inside and out.
If the system is complete and you are left with plugging it in and getting it tuned; you can download a fuel table and get it going quickly depending on your previous experience. It may actually be a fun time since tuning an N/A car is fairly safe compared to something with a turbocharger equipped.

I have been running megasquirt for a year now and I strongly recommend you dont run it for the first time on your daily driver.
You also will want a wideband O2 sensor.
Do you really trust some random person's tune? You will have less slack (easier to ruin your motor) running higher compression. I encourage people to learn how to tune their own cars rather than sending for a chip in the mail but Megasquirt is a serious commitment.
