The Big Ugly!
^ I think the 1st time I seen this bumper was in a old Racing Beat catalog. The name California nose comes to mind I might be wrong.
A good looking set of mesh wheels are the ****.

Here's the Racing Beat catalog from 20 years ago.

Enkei built a one off set of Bonneville LSR wheels to commemorate RB's land speed record of 238 mph, which still stands.

I also have a beater '89 convertible that I love...
It's still a lot of car that I can hop in and drive all night 500 miles to Laguna Seca with a big smile the whole way.
It would cost more than it's worth to cherry out like Rob's car...this way I don't have to worry about door dings, or being stolen.
500 bucks and mechanically all it needed was a new clutch which made it sweet, and a great touring car.
These cars were 25,000 bucks 20 years ago and are still the same solid fun car.
Way more car than a Miata...my stereo headrests work great, top works, have an extra set of chromed BBS wheels, too.
But the satin finish BBS wheels are just right, really.
I've had it going on 7 years and people who ride in it come away finding out that looks can be very deceiving
