The ***** recent rebuild.

Thought to post these cause it has been a while since my last build and I changed a lot on it since then. Popped the engine a few months back and just got it all back together.

Painted the engine bay Nobel White.
Painted a new sun roof and put it in. Mine has cancer BAD!
Rebuilt the block using new Housing and a Atkins 3mm overhaul kit.
Ported the Housings.
Added A Crane Hi-6 ignition system.
Added a Faurd Torrriius E-Fan from the wrecker, added a Adjustable relay.
Added a new Coolant overflow tank.
Re-routed my fuel system
Added a S5 Chrome Dipped Alt.

That is about it. It fires right up. I need to yank the turbo and tighten the water coolant inlet and move it a bit upright. Other then that, looking forward to getting it out soon. I will add some interior shots when it clears up. I have changed a lot in there as well.
Chris

Tuned with 720cc injectors front and rear, 300hp is a good figure.

LOLOL...I know what ya mean. I had thought about it. i just copied the size atkins had done on my original housings. I can always pull it apart next winter and make them larger. :0) When I go bigger turbo.

Thanks for the cudos!

Thank you all!

ePH C freak - it was down for about 6 months. I just took my time to get to the paint and then scrounge up money for the housing and rebuild kit. Now time for the exterior. If I had what you have into your, this would be a damn fine show car.

magus2222 - anytime. You can PM me on here if you know you are coming down this way. Another member lives close by, he has dropped a 20b in. Worth seeing for sure!

meteoro - I bought them from Jegs. They are all seperate parts. Sometimes they offer a package deal. The spark to the leading plugs is crazy. You do use your ignitor. You can see mine in the stock location. Looks different because I cut the little **** off itand painted THE OUTSIDE (Before I get flamed about grounding) black.

VERY clean. I think It looks good. Quite the statement you are making painting your brake booster and windshield cowl white.

LOLOLOLOL..... I was playing with the cowl. I think it will look good with my white hood, but against my CF hood it looks like chit! I will just go to the wrecker and get a black one. You can see how I changed my plumbing now on the Fuel. When I moved my alt back to the stock location, I have to change it. I really disliked my Alt relocation kit.

FREEZING! North cal was going through a cold spell at the time.

Thick foam with that silver tape you use to seal heater ducts in your house. It forces the air through the IC and then the Rad instead of escaping through the sides.

Well, kinda why not, cover the ugly holes. I want to get The Wankler stamped in it. As well, it make removing the UIM a piece of cake, hot, cold, and keeps my prints off it.
