man who knows they might have spent alot more then your vert.. the stereo equip alone is alot . lol
its just that the styling they did is tasteless. You dont see **** that horrible in superstreet/import tuner or even fast and furious movies, so where the hell do you get the influence? In the late 90s, it was cool to do wierd headlight/taillight swaps in the import scene, back when it was growing.. now everything is more towards jdm bolt-on friendly trend.

The celica was never an appealing car, i always thought the last model year was disgusting as far as design, why someone would take an already horrible looking car and try to splice it with an already good looking car is beyond me.
so true.
Just because someone put a lot of time, money and resources into something doesn't mean it's a respectable effort. That thing is hideous, not to mention, the workmanship sucks. The lines of the car are now completely JACKED, and the tail light is crooked.
