Haha, yes... As Healing said, several years ago I created the idea of the *modernized* s5 taillights. You can search for the old thread under my name.

That is a thing of beauty. You hammer out those rear wheel wells? Ilike it, for an ugly duckling

I did the rears with a fender roller. I could have made them nicer with more time. I'll probably end up pulling them a little more because it still rubs under boost sometimes.

Yeah, I still do it for other members occasionally, but most people are doing it themselves nowadays after reading through the original thread from a few years back. I don't have any extra lights though.

Ah, yeah I'd do it myself too I just dont want to screw it up. Thanks anyway
So to do it myself, undo all the screws, take off all the seals, an put em in the oven for 10 minutes on 250. Peel em apart, take out the diffuser then silicone em back up together, correct? Oh, and what would you recommend putting them on while in the oven? Other than like a baking sheet, like I saw a piece of wood or whatever.
Thanks

Yeah around 8-10 minutes will do it, they should come apart nice and smooth. Just make sure to not remove the gray diffusers that cover the tag lights. I threw mine in the oven with no pan or anything and they came out great:

Aight sweet. I'll give it a shot when I get a set. Dose that work with the S4 lights as well? I could get in some practice with mine....

In a way, the guys I've talked to have all said the S4 lights are "backwards" from the S5's.. the color is in the diffuser not the outer lens, someone please correct me if I'm wrong about that though..

Dude, your car has carpet! Like the color scheme. Paint the car black.
