why did you felt like mentionning you have a FD..... who cares if you own a FD its not even related to the topic. 
last time i checked FD parts were cheaper then FC, for the simple fact of availability of the parts. and theres more FD then FC ....
a apexi power FC for 93+ is barely 900$ , the ones for the FC is 1500$.
all OEM parts (those that are not the same) are more expensive for FC then FD.
i work with programs used in insurance claims and dealership. (audatex).
as for free parts..... well .... good luck , eh !!!

i dont really look how much FD stuff costs, but when i have the chance to compare prices ive seen often that FC are more expensive, if you look at a hks t51r its about the same price, i think the FC is barely 200$ more.
yes the reman is more expensive because its twin turbo,
look at a 20b-rew reman, its gonna be more expensive even if it came out of a 1990 car. im pretty sure the 13b-re is right behind.
anyways, i just think it was pointless to specify that he owns a FD and that it "cost more".

First the FD overall costs more. 2nd off the stand alone systems in general are 2x as expensive (Microtech and Wolf) as Fc's. Whoo hoo you found a PFC thats more money then the FD. Intake are are double due to the 2x intake piping as well! Wait what about the FEED and RE kits for the FD vs FC price cost?! Take a look at V-mount prices?! Lets not forget your already single turbo so swap outs are always an option right!
AS far as OEM, I'm talking about after market performance not OEM sunroof liners...
Forget about 20B swaps for the FD vs FC in price cost. Seriously stop talking out of your ***!
Lastly Why could I get a fully built T2 for less then a stock FD anyday?!

I think we should give him parts. Let him build his 7 up piece by piece, he'll probably want to swap to a turbo motor. I'll start.
I'll give you the sweet *** emissions rats nest from my '87 TII, hell you can even have an old gutted ACV valve and EGR valve too, I also have an extra crappy split air pipe. Just pay shipping and they're yours.
You can have a TII trans w/ 145k for free if you come pick it up. It's shot to crap and back, old clutch included.
Now you just have to find the rest and you'll be cruising in a mad tyte turbo swap, they have to give you props if you have a turbo man.

Aw, don't be too hard on him. The car's probably got bad paint, so he just needs to get a spray can of primer and go for the matte-gray look. It'll be a hit with all the honda owners that haven't fully painted their cars yet.
