are these 5zigen fn01-rc?
theyre for sale localy for a hellofa cheap price. the guy doesnt know the brand but they look alot like the 5zigens ive always wanted.
now i thought they might be Drag DR17, but the secondary hole sizes are the same as the 5x114 size, unlike the ones for sale above where there are only the one set of holes that can be used.
or are they actually the fn01-RC wheels...doubt it, but i honestly dont know.
opinions?experiences?

i sold my fireball typhoons last year and kinda regret it haha.
ive seen alot of different versions of these from 5zigen, some have the name embeded in a spoke, and some have a thin print of their logo. the only thing i can identify on these is the spoke pattern, and so far they do look like the fn01rc yea?

i see.. than thant means there are only two people on this forum who have these rims.. YES!!!! lol jk... bummer should have kept them man
they do look really similar to the drags but im gonna say they are 5zigens due to the fact that you pointed out about the 2ndary holes that cant be used.. get em and slap on some fn01rc and call it a day haha

I think they are, they just don't look like em' in black. Imo, and I just bought fn01r-c hot versions, they are not nearly as nice in black. I like black wheels and I love the fn01r-c's but I don't think the combination works. I would repaint them and throw on the fn01rc sticker that comes on the old verion and they would be bitchin'.

oh absolutely, im painting them white, bronze, or gold, for my 10AE.
the black doesnt quite define the line quality of the wheels, so far im diggin the white haha

well guys, to my disappointment... they were made in Taiwan... still picked em up, he was only asking $250 and that included tires with 90% tread left on them (my stocks are completely bald of course).
bumbed theyre not real.. ive never had generic wheels before, but they look good and ill paintem white and be thankfull haha. much better than ruining the white stockers on the ae.

yeah i did some research on them, theyre are exact replicas of the fn01-rc wheels. some guys in canada shipped original versions to taiwan to have replicas made. the reps were then sent back to canada where the guys sell them for $100 a piece.
people on other forums like them because their supposedly lighter, but i have yet to test the quality. im dissapointed that their fake, but at least they arnt rotas

Rota's aren't bad wheels, keep in mind the company has been around for ages, and produces wheels that are somewhat light and affordable.
For the record, I've got a set of Typhoons as well. Never mounted though. =]

rotas made by pinoys arnt they? idk, ive heard mixed things about every wheel imaginable so i guess i can only talk from experience. which would be that 5zigens are dope as hell
anyway, i managed to snap a shot of my wheels at night in the back of my dads porsche for now lol. Ill have them mounted this weekend!
