How you get so slammed are you cutting springs just curious have a 88 convert want to lower it thanks

 

Please don't cut your springs. The person that I bought my vert from did that. The soft spring with short suspension travel is bad.

 

Especially on the heavier-assed convertibles.

Just about everyone on this thread is on Coil-over suspensions. You'll have a hard time fitting wheels and tires otherwise.

 

If you do coil overs I would only go 1k difference between front and rear

 

I want to go lower but my BC's are maxed in the back. It's so tempting to sag the springs.

its a magnaflow v2 series(the v2 is going from what ive been told lol)

 

I wan an exhaust so bad but I have headers and anything I put on will be loud.

 

That isn't entirely true. I had a racing beat single(louder than dual) with no resonators, or silencers, and it was VERY quiet when compared to other setups. I also have a header known to be louder than most.

I now have a straight 2.5" pipe, with a 36" resonator, and that too is not very loud. It depends on your setup brotha.. Honestly, I don't see the point in having a header with the stock exhaust. Just get a nice exhaust with a resonator in it. racing beat will not be loud on your car. trust me!
