quick question on these, are they only available for turbo 2's? Or can they be used on an N/A setup?

Haha. Yes. All cat-backs are interchangeable. N1's are loud on the NA though. especially if you start changing stuff before the cat.

haha thanks. I just wanted to double check because I heard otherwise on another thread and wanted to make sure they would work. I have a totally stock setup right now. If I add just these will it be THAT much louder? thanks, Alex

It drones on the freeway, but other than that its not bad at all and it gives it a rich deep tone. One of my favorite sounding exhausts for the FC.

Forum member Honroc has a Racing Beat stainless steel y-pipe with the Apex N1 Dual mufflers and it is by far the best of both worlds. It is the best sounding exhaust I've ever heard on an FC. The problem with the original Apex N1 Dual Y-pipe is obviously the inlet sizing and that its not stainless steel.

Curious, whats wrong with the APEX'i inlet sizing? isn't the Racing Beat 2.5" as well?

Oh shoot you're right. For some reason I thought that Racing Beat had two different Y-pipes but they don't. They only offer a 2.5 inch Y-pipe as well.

Either way it would be nice if the Apex N1 Dual's Y-pipe was stainless steel like Racing Beat's.

The RB y pipe is actually dual 2.375" piping.

Bummer. They should make a giant 3 inch version to go with their turbo mufflers.

They actually do have a 3" y-pipe, the one that comes with the REV TII, but yeah. The APEX'i inlet is actually 2.55" =O.

Weird size on the Apex. I forgot about the REV II's exhaust components. I knew RB made a 3 inch Y-pipe!
