Not at all. The stock piece can barely be seen and its old and beat up now.

I agree, when I removed my stock lip to install the TII lip there was a big difference. The stock lip was in three pieces and when it was on the car was hardly noticeable. The OPs lips may not be ideal but it is a good effort.

If you made that I want to make something gangsta like the Gt3 lip here

Quick Description
The lip is basically three separate strips of the rubber material held onto the front bumper by double sided tape and screws.

Materials
Scissors
Utility knife
Lip material
Automotive double sided tape
Phillips Head Screwdriver
10mm Screwdriver or wrench

It is a soft rubber material that is very easy to bend so you'll never have to worry about it cracking or breaking.

If your car came with a small lip like mine did, then you'll have to unscrew the three parts beforehand.
All the screws on the bottom of the bumper and fenders are phillips head screws.
But there are two screws that are 10mm which are on the inside of the fender facing the wheel.
I suggest marking the screw holes to make it easier to mount the rubber lip afterwards.
I just put an x with a sharpie above the holes.

Center Piece
The center lip piece is the only piece that is straight.
Measure a piece of material that is long enough so that there is at least one or two inches to each side of the middle part of the bumper.
A good reference point to know where to cut is the indent to each side of the center parrt. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about.

When you have your length of material that has been cut to size, apply the double sided tape to the longest part of the rubber lip.
The tape should still have the red plastic.

When you are ready to mount, just peel off the red plastic from the tape and apply to the bottom of the bumper.
Be sure to align the lip with the bumper to your liking.
Tip
You can pull the tape off if you mess up and need to fix the lip placement but try to keep the amount of times you do that to a minimum as the tape might lose it's adhesiveness.
Tip
I found it easier to pull a small part of the plastic, maybe a couple of inches, from the tape at a time, then mount using the exposed tape, then pull more plastic off the tape and continue to mount until it is completed.

Side Pieces
The two side pieces are mounted almost the exact same way as the center piece with a few differences.
When measuring how much to cut make sure there are several inches of extra material to each side extending past the bottom of the fender and the middle part of the bumper.

The corner part of the side pieces are made by cutting a v into the part of the lip that will have the tape put on it.

Then pinch the v together so it creates a corner.

Then apply tape to the corner.

Tip
It might be wiser to cut the tape to make it rounded to fit the edge of the rubber lip like the picture above.
If you don't you run the risk of it start to detach from the bumper.
I got lucky and only had one of my corners detach slightly, but not the other.

Now you have to make a diagonal cut on the corner of the side piece of the lip so that it conforms to the shape of the center lip piece.

Apply tape to the rest of the rubber lip and mount the same way the center piece was mounted.

There are two screws on the bottom of the fender that should be sticking up and in the way of the rubber lip.
I just applied the lip with the tape normally on top of the screws.
After I finished mounting the entire piece I used a utility knife to cut squares around the screws so the lip wouldn't be covering them and I wouldn't have lumps on the bottom of the lip.

Do the same thing to the other side of the bumper and you have now mounted your complete lip.
I used the screws from the small stock lip and screwed them on top of the lip to the bumper using the stock mounting tabs that I had previously marked.

This is probably the most important screw since it helps the corner stay on and the two cut pieces stay together.
Tip
I didn't do so, but making a small plastic or metal tab to put between the screw and the lip might help the corner stay on even better.

Extra Notes
The lip material and double sided tape I bought came with enough material, length-wise, to make two lips so you could go half and half on the cost of the materials with someone else.
Mounting to other cars might be easier since most bumpers don't require you to make the lip fit sharp corners such as those that the S5 bumper has.
The S4 bumper is an example of a smooth bumper. A lip can be made for an S4 with one single piece of material and not require any cutting other than the ends.

I went above 100mph for an extended amount of time, maybe 15-20 minutes, and the only damage of any sort to the lip was the small portion of passenger side corner that began to detach from the bumper. I blame myself for that since I didn't do a good job at applying tape to the corners and I would recommend doing what I showed in the writeup which is cutting the tape into a rounded shape and applying it that way.

This isn't the biggest or prettiest lip out there but for around $20-$30 I think it came out pretty good in both aesthetics and durability.
