ahaha thats not really a rear flair i did that so i know how far to cut so i can put the over fenders on. i agree it looks pretty sick in the pic but in the real **** looks like *** lol
yea i flared the ends are whats going to be cut thats why theyre flared out like that, it makes it easier and cleaner to cut. the markings are an outline of the rear overfender so i dont cut too high or too far.

In CA we have historic plates that are much the same thing except there are strict mileage limits.

Those were kaminari ones but there were discontinued if i remember right. I thought i was the only one that still had them. This is the first time in like the 6 yrs ive had my fc that ive seen someone with it.
