i agree looks fresh... RD guys capture that japanese tuning essance perfectly imo.. quality build parts and wheel fitment. japanese tuning is exotic. some people cant tell the difference between this and fast and furious ignorance.

I live right outside of pittsburgh in penn hills.
i roll with a lot of dudes from hybrid dynamics. rb'd 240's, k swapped hondas, ls1 rx7's, kenne bell'd cobras, etc.
i know what u mean by a lot of ricers but that goes on everywhere and anywhere.
i was in cali for a while and there are more ricers out there than anywhere else, but may have the most complete built cars i have ever seen.
theres a bell curve to everything in life, cars are no exception.
