so i just bought a set for my 87 K8, picked them up decently cheap, one has a bent like maybe a inch long, i think i can get it fixed no problem. but anywhoo what do you guys think of these rims on the fc ? oh almost forgot, they are Gold colored in the center ( i know i got to get them painted, maybe black or dark grey ) they are not mint so i ovbiously wont be keeping them gold, also there is no curb rash , so yea the topic of this thread is to see other members opinions on them

Well do you have any pics of the wheels you got?

 

looked those wheels up and they look like standard mesh wheels.
look decent though and not a bad offset if they are like the ones i saw

 

yep im getting some pics soon when i get home, i was away for most of the weekend. there 15's by 7 or 8 cant remember, there a little rough but i will polish and clean them up good tonight or tomorrow. also did some research before i left and apparently they are old school JDM wheels. also riken doesnt exist anymore and i was looking for another center cap

 

Old School indeed.

But why go black? Gold mesh looks great IMO. Nothing super rare, but definitely not your run of the mill. Just run them w/o centre caps.

 

i dont think the gold looks to good with my K8 rx7 ( dark gray for you guys who dont know )
