Exclamation registration on my non emissions friendly rx7 help...

Im trying to see if theres anybody here in phoenix or any other emissions testing city here in az that has got their non emissions friendly rx7 registered.
I live in phx and there is no way I going to pass emissions.
Need some advice quick...I dont really wanna go through classic car insurance.
Cant I get registered out of phoenix, like up north outside of the city???

Need some advice.

Contact your insurance, if they can endorse it as an antique or collectible it doesn't have to go through emissions.

I don't have emissions in my city, but across the border in Albuquerque they do. I know people used to rent a PO Box over where I live and register their car there, avoiding emissions. Can you do that?
