Not so sure of that... It usually comes with the red interior, which I absolutely loathe.

It does need moved to the Pics section though.

 

Im about to get a gold s4 TII. but thank god it has almost no interior. lol

yep, mine was originally gold with burgandy interior. but is it just me or does that burgandy turn into doo doo brown after a long while?

 

The TII Im getting has like only a dash, the back seat bottom, and a few other things. I already have a black dash and door panels lined up for it. lol

Felix, that looks pretty decent with the flat black hood and black trim. Im liking it.

I guess its a coincidence that my 91 honda accord wagon is gold and has the "wine" color interior. so Im already use to it

 

I bough it for CHEAP. pulled the motor/all the goodies and sold the shell. One of the best deals ive gotten on all my rx7s. I wouldnt mind a gold rx7 again...


O yeah, a friend of mine has a s5 gold gxl, has the wine color interior also.

I think I have the only factory two-tone
I have all the original bills of sale and window sticker for it stating the two-tone paint

 

wOW! If it really is a two tone rx-7, it is surely the only one I ever saw. Would be worth a lot of money in few years.

call it what you want, The original owner ordered the car in June of 87 with rear window louvers painted to match the car and two tone paint job. I am the second owner of the car and i have had it since 2004, and the first owner had it sitting in a barn when i found it for sale, (oddly they had the same last name as me) and told me all about the car and how they special ordered it from mazda. So it was either a dealer option or mazda direct. because its a damn good paint job either way. So if you were there when they bought the car in 1987 at classic auto in columbus, ohio then you can call me full of ****

 

my **** hits some gold... im putting more flake on it soon and it will be more gold

 

I didnt mean that YOU were full of ****. That must mean that its just a dealer option. Or it could have come from the factory if it was CUSTOM ordered, but no regular factory FC's came two tone.
