Here are a few pics of my car. Just got it painted a month ago. These pictures are before wetsand, compound and polish. I also have not put the molding, roof spoiler and wing on yet. Its painted mazdaspeed true red A4A.

To be honest those drifts were that great. A ton of understeering and then spinning out. But I'm assuming you were just ******* around with some bro's, aha.

@jsnow: Your car is the perfect RX7 exterior-wise. It's not over the top, it's not slammed and ruined, it's got IMO the best bumper and one sexy *** hood. The only thing I would hate about going with that bumper is losing my fog lights which I like the looks of.

If I'm understanding right he's learning HOW to drift, hence why they aren't that great lol. Better in an empty parking lot than on the streets i guess. Can't say I'd ever drift mine though :/

Still looks like a whole lot of fun. I wouldn't drift my FC because 1. It's N/A and has no power. 2. I'm broke therefore don't risk wearing diff, clutch, tires etc. Too much stress on the car. Oh and mine has an open diff, pretty damn useless. But because it's now winter here in Ontario it means I can go drifting without any of those problems.

Probably not all that spectacular for those of you who have dumped tens of thousands of dollars into your rides but for me, it's a huge step. It's finally, after 2 years, one solid color. Spray paint, but one color nonetheless.

Sure is, it's a Semi-Gloss black. I'm gonna go out tomorrow once the sun hits it, with it still taped off, and see if i need to go over it with a second coat or not. Just barely finished once the sun went down so i left all the paper and tape on it xD

I realize that I'm not good at all, the tons of understeer and spinning out. I haven't attempted getting sideways all that much so it was difficult and a little scary for me honestly. Plus it's not that easy with a manual 20:1 rack in the car. So try not to rub it in... thanks

Yupp, that's my fourth time attempting to drift. Most of the time I was just trying to get used to the cars behavior by consistently trying to whip it back and forth.

Sweet car bro. I need to repaint my S5 that was originally red but fading...how much do you think I'm looking at for THIS quality of red?

@ryan2949, thanks buddy.
@rotaryrocket8, everything on the car was taking off and painted; doors, hatch, hood, trim, etc. The fiberglass worked extensively to get waveless panels and stock looking body lines. I cant exactly quote you on paint as a really good friend of mine painted the car for me. I can tell you that the paint and clear were $800 cost, thats not including all the other materials needed.
