What rims are you running?^

 

This is a perfect example of how simpler is better! This is exactly what I want my interior and engine bay to look like one day... different colors tho. Awesome build man!!!

17x10 FN01R-C's at all four corners, also have a set of Kosei Formula 3's in 17x8 and 9 that were painted in Porsche Titanium darkened up a bit to an almost gunmetal colour. I may repaint the FN's to a Liquid Gunmetal or HyperBlue colour just for a change.

Tyler- Thanks man! The interior shots are a bit old, will upload and post the cars current interior later tonight if I have time. I might also poke around and see if I have some better shots of the FMIC/radiator setup.

Wow, you guys got more snow down there than we have. It's still falling here though, so I may have my own snowplow leaving work tonight around midnight.

 

i drove the car to work and back.... interesting drive. stretched federal 595 in the snow is almost a death wish.

Yeap, and thats it. In fact, the pictures of it on jackstands it still has the dirt from the Peak on it, we did a car show where they wanted the car "as raced' and just never got around to cleaning it up. Now that the engine is out we will clean it up and change the decals etc.

I know its painted like a Hot-Wheels car, but thats kind of intentional as it attracts a lot of attention.

 

We have the Tanabe underbrace and strut tower brace, BC Coilovers, which they made too stiff, might have to send them back and have them revalved, stock front and rear bars, urethane everything to do with the a-arms and Racing beat DTSS elims. Steel motor mounts- literally two pieces of steel bar, no movement, Delrin trans and diff mounts, and a broken front diff mount.
Currently the car has a stock TII OEM unshimmed LSD in it, but we have a couple of LSD's that I am going to shim a bit more for as close to actual lock as I can get. We are actually looking for a spare ring and pinion and or complete diff or two now if anyone has one for sale.

The car was too stiff really for the Peak, and had far too much wheelspin. We ran the small stock bars fnt and rr because we knew we had to run on the dirt and it was very likely to rain or snow (and did!) on race day.

The motor is currently being replaced with a S6 FD motor and "should" be all back together soon. There is the possibility of an autocross on the 10th (ASSuming it isnt snowing or they do not cancel it for some other reason) and we are sort of thinking we can use it as a shakedown for the new motor.

yeah it would prob be too much for me to indure as well. Just thought it went nice with the black top and red exterior.
Up here in Canada, the second you pull out of your driveway, there waiting would be a police cruiser ready to ticket you lol..... "ohhh Canada"!

You need to man up lol. Yeah its interesting driving at night, windows will be down most of the time.


word... I want coilovers(and wheels) so bad. It appears to sit higher in the front more than it does in person being it has two different wheels on it.

Its a shitty feeling, but I wash mine at least twice a week and spray down the underbody good.

 

if i can get my hands on a GPsports g sonic zero bumper for the s13
and smooth side moldings

still blends well with the rest of the fc gp kit.
