What car did that Head Unit come out of? And where can i find it? Nicely done by the way.

 

it says Pioneer on it, most units you can load a image right into it through USB, you can also do this to GPS devices as well.

I was thinking of getting a unit with only a USB port and hooking up a portable hard drive in the car, they sell drives now for less then $60, the USB will power it as well.

 

danew sold it to my old boss who parted some stuff and sold it to his friend then i bought it last year some time

i used to do that in an old car, best way to go, never carrying cds again, just folders of albums on a usb flash stick =)

 

haha dont cha just love searching through those folders. especially in traffic searching through cds deciding what to listen to.

 

the price of portable drives now who needs a stick!
