Porsche Front end on FC?

I've seen the FD with Porsche front many times but I was wondering if anyone has done the same for the FC?

I have not, but I have seen people change the square flip ups to round, making it look more of a porsche 928.

the FC was modeled after the 944, wasn't it?
so technically the FC is porsche-like straight from the factory.

I believe he might be talking about this...? These remind me of Porsche headlights, but not so much the front end.

Personally, I really like the way it looks. I am sure it would be extremely difficult to do this on an FC, though. I won't say impossible, because I've seen some amazing fiberglass work.

If you want a more "modern" look without the pop-up headlights... Then check out RE-Amemiya's FC2000 bumper.

Well to be honest I don't think the transition from a FC front end to Porsche 911 style would look all that good. On another note to do it, make it look decent & fit right would probably cost more then your basic FC owner is willing to spend on a body mod.

Really!? Easy for who?... Extremely easy is changing a radiator cap. Extreme fiberglass body work is on a whole different level.

actually fiberglassing isn't really hard, you just have to plan it all out and not **** up so you don't spend hours and hours fixing it which is the hard part.

but seriously wouldn't this be like the honda guys who mold in skyline tail lights and **** lol. The FC looks fantastic as it is.

I really don't see the average person taking on a project like this & getting it right. What may be easy for some could be impossible for others.

What you're failing to understand is... There's a big skill-level difference between molding in some 911 headlights and modifying the front end of an FC to look like a Porsche 911. You claim to know a lot about body work. I do not, and I am still able to grasp the intensity of a project such as this.

If you're looking to prove something... Then take it on.

Define "decent performing Porsche".

I certainly don't like the looks of those FDs posted. To each their own, I suppose.

That just seems like the lighting it would produce would be minimal and dangerous haha.
