LoL at the Europlates... But that is an awesome car! If you were a bit closer to the Dutch border, I would come visit you to check out your ride. Also: to continue about the plates... What's that cover on the rear? You do know that speed cameras flash from the front, right? Also: Wasn't it possible to get smaller plate for the front? My dad's licence plates are way smaller, and I believe a diggit less. Anthow, enjoy your stay and have fun on the autobahn!

EDM is the in thing now! Didn't you know? The only plates they are issuing at the military registration is the euro front/rear, US size rear and euro front, US rear and this giant front plate that I swear is the size of a notebook. They stopped using the small front since they went away from the HK tags and went to the KL tags. Not all cameras flash from the right. I've seen a few from the middle or left. Just have to watch your speed and hope if you do get flashed that your below 20 or 30 klicks depending where your at. LoL..
The rear cover is just a light tinted cover that I brought over with me. I haven't had any problems with it yet. Been through a couple of checkpoints with it.
Thanks for the comments!!

I've seen two other FC's since I've been here. One is another TII that another GI owns and I saw this CHERRY red Euro spec 89-91 TII on the way home one day. I almost shat I wanted to turn around, but I was in my BMW. I didn't want him to think I was trying to rob him or something. Hopefully I'll see it again, I think it was coming from the Mazda dealership near my house. Other than that I've seen two FD's and a few RX8's. There are way more JDM Skylines, Chasers and what not than anything else.
The tuner scene is definetly not anything like what it is in the states. Most tuner type cars I've seen driving around are Opels.
I still think its crazy myself that I have my car over here and driving on the Autobahn and these amazing side roads. I'll be hitting the tracks in the near future soon.
I'll be here for atleast the next 3-4 years and after that I don't know. Hopefully I can stay overseas, I'm trying to get over to Italy after this. If you do come out to Germany give me a ring.

Super clean man!! certainly the best looking FC in Europe, and Tofuman is right... tuning scene in most of euro countries is bullshit...
And answering to hypertek, yes, FCs are very very very rare in Europe, and in Spain much rare than in the rest, i have one of the 3 EDM FC TII here...mine is a S4 TII and 2 S5 TII, the rest are S4 NA all...
it sucks...

Your fc is very clean, man. Hope germany works out for you. SUper jealous of the autobahn access. I would probably just really scare myself once on that deathway. Have fun in europe.
