I left the top half of the bra on of two reasons, A: the paint has peeled completely off the flips, and B: it looks different, I don't see too many 7's with that look.

Here is mine. Now 98% done. Almost finished!
Runs like new....no wonder...considering 80% of the car is new....

 

Here are a few pictures of my RX-7 GX. It is the Canadian version of your GTU in the US.
I have owned it almost 9 years. I don't drive it in our winters up here.
Each year my son and I do another project to maintain the car as best we can so we can enjoy it as a daily driver in the warm months.

Last year it was the complete front brakes. This year we did Eibach springs and KYB AGX struts front and rear complete with new mounting plates.

It is almost stock. The only addition is the leather steering wheel and rear spoiler from a 91 GXL, plus the tinted glass which really keeps it cool in summer.

i really need to stop looking through this thread. i wish i could go drive mine right now. owell 7 months down and 4 months till rebuild
