OBX Boost Gauge

I know this isnt the place for this thread but i need to know. Anyone out there have a OBX boost gauge? Mine, when the car is off, rest(reads) about 3-4psi vacuum. This leads me to believe its about 3-4psi below the true boost. Anyone else have this experience??
