Ok, so I'm not sure about you guys, but having a garage to work in wasn't always a luxury of mine growing up and even when I did have one while living w/ roomates, it never felt like "MINE"...

I finally got settled into my new place with a 2.5 car garage, so the FC project might actually take off again. It was on the backburner while I worked on my FBs (now down to just one FB) and the RX8 project, but now I cant wait to get it going again. I just really having my OWN garage finally...

Eventually I'll put a thread together, but I'm still getting settled in and organizing the parts/plans, but I'll keep you all posted.


I've been around the forums for a while, but never really participated as I like to do my own things usually, but to give you all a quick little history on my project:

Owned the car for 7 years now. Did a complete S4 SE to S5 GTX swap about 4 years ago, popped the JDM engine, put new one in...drove very little on (as I was in college, etc at the time).. sold that engine, began tearing the car down for a full color-change and new engine swap and that brings me to now. I hope to finish this project in about 1.5 years from now. I'm very patient with these things and learned that rushing through things just left me unsatisfied w/ the results.
