In need of suggestions for rims
I'm gonna be in the market for some rims soon on my black 87 TII i was thinking of going black on black maybe with a chrome lip but i dont really have my heart set on anything. i dont really like the deep dish look and really thickly meshed ones are kinda meh. but anyway i wanna go with 17's as wide as i can get without moveing out past the body of the car, light as possible and i hope to keep it to a 1.5k buget. anyone seen any amazing deals?
any pics i have of the car are to big to upload on here =/

I'm getting some 17x8 Sportmax 006 gunmetal w/ chrome lip, on my 87 black t2.

You can get this rim in black w/ chrome lip. Alot more expensive:

To sit flush with the fenders, I would go with 17x8'' in the front and 17x9'' in the rear. All being +35 offset. Due to not being able to rotate your tires which will decrease the life of your tires drastically, i'm going 17x8 all around.
