I'm having a hard time deciding on what color to dip my wheels. I'm painting my rx7 black soon and either want to go with black or gunmetal wheels. Please help!

This might help some:


The car body is black dip, the trim around the tail lights is gunmetal.
I was surprised at how "blue" the gunmetal read next to the black and we changed the gunmetal to black later.

 

May not have gunmetal but it is black not primer , but Bedliner

 

Unek, that is very much the look I'm after on my Z*...I like it.
Did you spray or brush the bedliner?

*Hell, those are probably Z car ZG flares you've got.

 

needs a little detailing love at the moment and some nice gold wheels too

 

Clokker they are actually z flares or rep anyway. And the liner was sprayed with a kit from u- pol. I got the straight black gallon kit . They also carry for 20 more a kit that you add up to 3oz's or so of whatever automotive base color to tint it whatever color you want . Which will be the next kit when I get my turbo upgrade finished . Thinking battleship gray possibly or a black with metallic in it .
