need help on this vert part ?? photos

looking for this part need help I have tried WTB !!!! this is for a 1990 convertible ,this goes along thr bottom edge of top it is METAL but you cant see it is is under the top let me know PM me or post thank you all

I dont have one, its called the forming bad.

When i did my top mine had some rust on it also, we primed it with that **** they use on the windshield area of your car if there is a little rust.
