need help bad! where on the harness?

I am swapping another motor into my 87T2 and cannot figure out where a couple things plug in. On the back of the water pump housing there is a green female plug that I have plugged in okay but just below it is another sensor that has two wires coming from it that go to a black male plug. I cant find anywhere to plug this into on the harness. Can anyone PLEASE look at theres and tell me where this plugs into? I need to know where it connects to the harness and what color the wires are on the harness side behind the clip. I have the same problem with the neutral switch coming from my tranny(5sp) I cant find anywhere tp plug this in. Can it be left unplugged? I would really really appreciate some help if anybody could tel me

Post up a pic.

As far as I remember, the only sensors in the waterpump housing are the temp sensor for the ecu(green plug you have) and the single wire e-fan switch(not on every FC) on the thermostat housing, iirc.

Could it be an aftermarket temp sender?
