da bug. 1974 super beetle. 1835cc.. i raced the previous owner of the 7 and smoked him pretty bad..

thanks yall! ps i got the t2 about a week ago.. so thats why there is no new hood yet. thanks for pointing that out though. i had no clue it needed a scoop...
id love to slam this bug.. but i have a 3quart oil sump that hangs too low.. so i cant do that just yet.

yea slam the beetle put a wooden roof rack and a old school funnel air conditioner out pass window and it would be great...get the damn subs out of that thing the thin metal must vibrate like hell.

actually it doesnt rattle like hell.. it sounds very clean and crisp. which suprises me..

and i raced the white 88 tubro in my vw. not a na vert.. :P

Congrats on the new 7. Did you buy this locally? I don't recall ever seeing that car in town before.

For the guys who are hating on the Beetle, there are some fast ones here in southwest Missouri. They aren't my cup of tea, but you have to appreciate the work put into them. I don't know about the OP's, but it looks nice.
