well the battles are gone, i have the 3 piece wheels

 

Polish up those 3 pieces and paint it Infini green. Mazda Infini green = sex.

The guy had it on CL for $800. Called him as soon as it got posted. He said it wouldnt run but would run few a quick few if you sprayed starting fluid in the TB. I said ok Ill come look at it. I got there and he wasnt there he said look at it and see what you think. I looked at it, the keys were in the glove box I tried to start it and nothing. I checked the fuel pump would kick on so I didnt figure it was that. Pulled a plug and the ceramic was busted. I said to myself alright, thats gotta be it. Pulled the gas line and the gas was orange and smelled like ***. I called him and said " whats the least you will take tonight for the car" he said um 500 without the new battery I said I'll call you back he called me right back and said it doesnt run give me $400 without the battery and she is yours. I said alright. went got the cash and met up with him. It needed and still does both front fenders and a drivers door. and the hideous camo and red int removed. I got the car home cleaned the gas tank put fresh gas in and called the parts store. They had to order the plugs. 3 days later got the plugs and put them in. she started up but died. I sprayed some TB cleaner in to keep it running for about 10 seconds and it Idles good since. Found reciepts inside the car for everything payment and part done to the car since the lady before him had done to the car.. found a rebuild sheet for 3200 and the engine trans and diff has about 20k now. Ive swapped some of the int and all the camo is gone now. She has the rear seat too. Ive added a TII hood, spolier and s4 aero mirrors and rattle can paint. Along with 15 inch konigs that I had on my MX6. Along with the price of the car I have a little under $800 in her.

Haha it was a mitsibishi one that had the plug on the back for the s4 harness. so idk. i swapped to the s5 alt now.

 

Good buy, i guess alot of people back then did a rebuild on these cars.. you got around the same deal i got...i just wanna do something crazy with it now wider wheels,kits etc

 

Yeah, I am leaning more towards keeping it stock body and lowering it and getting some 17s with a diff offset so they fill the wheel gap.

You sir are the patron saint of rotaries in north central florida lol. I saw that thing on Craigslist and I didn't even think it was worth the gas to go see it, turns out you got quite a deal there and cleaned it up nicely.

I think you really want an all grey interior...storage bins, headliner, rear carpet, dash........ think about it.....

 

there wasnt pics on CL.. Thanks though Ive tried to make it look right and not redneck.. I can have a full grey int from a buddies parts car he just bought. He is going to do his all fiberglass. I have black door panels. A pillars and headliner.. Id like to have all black though. I want to keep the backseat thought. It comes in handy having to carry around other ppl every so often.. I think i still got a steal with it. Sorry for thread jacking though, i didnt mean too.

Opening up and old thread, I got my self into another rx7 since I sold my s13 project that I completely spent to much money and went a different route that I wanted so i sold it. So its been a couple months and I ended up getting 2 FC shells, a s4 turbo 2 no title and a s5 clean shell w/title.

So on with my S13 pics so you know what kind of work I am into.

So I am still fairly new about these cars but have been around them my whole life since I drag race and beat some of them with my beetle lol. Anyways I am looking to just build a fun car and beat around. I am looking into a s5 t2 swap for it maybe next month, if anyway has suggestion one where to buy one please let me know. Comments welcome.

I sold it, I should of just kept it so I am back now. Here is my black one I picked up too, this is the one I am going to build up.

Thanks guys, I am def going to keep this car and have some fun with it. I am going to check out a 6 port tomorrow and go 6 port turbo, Yes I know i can just get a turbo II motor but i rather go this route i think it will be fun.

 

You buy all the 7's that I think about buying but don't on craigslist haha.

 

So I have been searching non stop and maybe I am doing something wrong but I find a lot of S5 swaps in to S4 shells and saying how much of a head ache it is to do. I am trying to find info on s4 block into and s5 since I can get a really good block that I can use but is it worth it or should I just wait untill I can match S5 with S5?

I know I am going to get the use the search key option but I have tried all different ways to type it so I can get an answer but NOPE. Any help would be nice.

 

small update: Turbo II is gone, I started cleaning up the engine bay on the s5 so i can get it painted with out trying to take as much out like i did on with s13.

 

nice thats what i did to mine, due to the previous owner, painted everything black sooo i had to, bu wirewheel takes forever....what did u use to buff it out?
