The only issue with running Two different colors on the same single sheet of LExan is that when you press the brake pedal the lights are going to bleed through.. You would need to figure out a way to seperate each individual bulb area or it will look dumb when they are lit up, there would be no seperation.

thats the project for today lol... i was REALLY lazy when I just installed the clutch and everything... so i just put on the big ones. It was hard to force it up in the pack to get it hooked, but with 2 people it shouldn't be impossible haha.

Rotaries confuse me

Ah, I found this thread again.
I'm not sure if you have them, but make sure you have reflectors on the tail lights or they're illegal. You also need to make sure the lexan you used conforms to the SAE Recommended Practice J576 JUL91 for plastic pieces.
You also need at least one (probably two) white reverse light(s).
As of now those are the problems I see.

ORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR, you could modify it and not be fucked if you get in a wreck. Just a thought... but you have fun paying for someone else's car that rear ended you just because your tail lights aren't legal. Then again my post had absolutely nothing to do with you, so have fun with your endeavor to get screwed over by an insurance company.

Thread resurrection!
I was just going through old threads and came across this one. Have an old set of S4 tails lying around and thought of doing something to them. I like the all red look, but was wondering where the reverse lights should go?
I was thinking about running LED's through the red bars but have to figure out a way for the lights not to bleed into one another. What do you guys think about the placement of reverse lights?
