is that a dodge stealth wing on your car?
Actually it's a MX-6 wing. It was on there when I bought the car. |

COOL! Except this is a thread for "18 and 19 inch wheels". Not 17s, which are SMALLER. |

but if your a poser like me... (or if you got the boost/torque) then bust out dem 18/20s |
At first I was thinking 17's up front 18's in the rear.. i started thinking 17's all around.
if you're a good driver than 17/18 stagger would probably be optimal but a good aggressive say 17x9 all around is perfect.
heres a better pic of my rims
18x9.5 235's all round
tein coilovers, exedy clutch + race flywheel 3inch exhaust+ hi flow cat, short shift kit. boost at 12psi stock ecu |

Idk I think it'd take skill to handle 18's. Just an assumption I have 17's all around and I never see anyone who is very good using 17's for any reason besides tire price. Like I said pretty good chance I'm wrong but for the sheer price in tires I'll stick to 17's.
No,
18s take no more skill. ???????!!! |
skill to handle 18s?
WHAT? |
I dunno, I'm pretty whack but can drive on 18s. My tire setup right now sucks to try to spin, but other than that it's OK to drift on 18s. It feels the same.
I think you are confusing steeze for skill my son.
In that case I retract my previous statements. More pictures!
17X9 +12 up front
18X9 +15 in rear in the future im going to 18X9.5 or 10 in front and 18X11 in rear stock body http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v5...0ffun65/v5.jpg |

If I'm running a 17x9.5 with a 17mm offset, would a 30mm spacer be over kill? I've got 10.5's no spacer on right now and the bead of the rim sticks out flush against the fender soooooo
I mean with a nice fender pull will it sit flush or maybe stick out a little more. No widebodyyyyyyyy plz.
NVM I'm just going to run the spacer and make the car fit around the wheel. via a hammer.
why are you going from a 10.5 to a 9.5 and a spacer??
put the spacer on the 10.5 ahha. but really why? |
oh and that car has 30mm fenders in the rear
