gas sure is expensive...and it is frustrating and now the whole entire US is on a bail out and alot of people are going to lose their jobs and it can start another "great depression"? let's hope not..

Don't worry, at least your car runs and drives. Mine's been up on jackstands for 4 months. Every time I shut the door, another piece falls off (there's a giant pile of rust flakes underneath it ), the motor smokes like a bitch (200,000 miles, never rebuilt), a half-*** repaired gas tank and it looks like it will be up there for a very long time. At least I have gas in it though

I've owned a 7 for the past 4 years man, i hear ya... in my experience three things are necessary to have in owning a 7; money, knowlege about the rotary and a whole lot of ******* patience!!! i think a lot of people here can agree with me that our 7's are headaches but we love them to death...

And its for that reason that i have 3 cars. Incase one breaks down I'll have another to drive! All my cars have different purposes too
1 fast, fun weekend cruiser (RX7)
1 that gets +30 mpg (91 Celica)
And 1 luxury American car that ladies like (01 Chrysler sebring lxi)
I bought my celi for 150 and threw a jdm 94 2.0 camry engine in it. then I saved for the rest. I worked in a shop and probably got payed as much as you btw

RX7's are fun to drive. Please don't destroy yours. Let it be!!
Anyway, just get another Honda on the side. I used to DD my TII when it was still running and yes, filling that thing was a b. There's nothing like asking to fill with premium. Get a different car to beat on the daily. Or just get a bicycle if your work is walking distance. Get in shape while you make money for gas.
