cops saw some parked car enthusiasts, nuff said. glad im leaving cali. some things i'll miss, others i won't.

 

Friends and I decided to take a nice drive up a local mountain road, nothing fancy. Stopped at the lookout at the top and hung out, until a cressida with (unknown to us at the time) expired tags parked next to my friend's car. About a half hour went by and a line of cars from a local meet sped through the area, and 15 minutes later, cops roll by.

All would have been well if the cressida had current tags. The cops slowed down, and were about to speed off when they spotted the tags, in which case they came to a screeching halt and threw it into reverse, a la super troopers.

When they questioned the cressida owner about the tags, that's when they saw the bling through my friend's vented hood. That's when things started to go wrong.

After an hour and a half of lingering and badmouthing, the police let all of us off the hook, since they were really going after the lot that had passed through earlier. Of course they snapped pictures of our license plates, so now we're marked. Never again.

 

Hey I know that place at....I seem brismo's car...

Anyways I got tagged down there by cops I got cuffed and sat in back of a cop car for 2-3hours, wasted my time and harassed me and then let me go...

Well, I've seen a guy get arrested at a meet because he was unaware of the warrant out for him. I think he had failed to show up in court and that was why. Only reason cops even looked him up was because he was drinking a beer in public and they had to give him a ticket and ran his ID.

Don't get me started on Cali Hypertek...................the ONLY good thing that California has is the weather! The rest of Cali's bad attributes can be seen in the economy and hollywood. You got to admit your state is all fucked up right now Not the peoples fault(kind of), the politicians on the other hand needed to be dealt with.
